Commuting and Travelling in Pregnancy

Commuting can be a significant source of stress. See if you can change your working hours so that you miss the rush hour traffic.
Travelling during pregnancy is considered safe. However if you are carrying twins or have complications like gestational diabetes, high B.P., placental problems or a previous history of premature delivery avoid travelling.
Avoid travelling by two wheeler during pregnancy. These means of transport offer no protection in case of an accident and women using them are prone to falls than with other modes of transport.
